Every week there is a group of gold prospectors that live in or travel to Virginia to hunt for gold. Some of us do this to find gold, while others simply are doing what has been done for over 200 years. It's a way to preserve our history and heritage.I thought it might be fun to look at some of the photos in a different light.
Anyway, here's the first one. It features two of my buddies Buccaneer and Butch running gold dredges. We are at Contrary Creek, which is outside Mineral Virginia.
